The restaurant, known as ‘The Kitchen’, is a modern eatery that is focused on providing guests with healthy, eco-friendly options, while also promoting the importance of conservation and environmental responsibility.
If you get the chance to attend one of the Secret Kitchen events - do! The food was fantastic, 5 courses that were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great, having limited numbers and a set menu, all prepared on view in the kitchen, gives a special experience. The staff were great, they worked together like a well oiled machine. The chefs put together some wonderful food, and the wine complimented everything we had. The only thing that was missing , was an option for coffee or an aperitif post dinner. Looking forward to the next one though. Well done everyone at Babylon.
