The Eco Centre is a unique experience set in five acres on the edge of the Ashdown forest. The garden centre at our core has been established here since 1966.
Nestled within the lush greenery of a modern garden centre, there lies a unique dining experience that combines the beauty of nature with a commitment to sustainability. The restaurant, known as ‘The Kitchen’, is a modern eatery that is focused on providing guests with healthy, eco-friendly options, while also promoting the importance of conservation and environmental responsibility.
The Glass house is one of the most impressive structions and events spaces in the area, a real wow factor. Hosting up to 50 guests seated and filled with wood burners and a discos ball making it the perfect setting for a corporate event

If you get the chance to attend one of the Secret Kitchen events - do! The food was fantastic, 5 courses that were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great, having limited numbers and a set menu, all prepared on view in the kitchen, gives a special experience. The staff were great, they worked together like a well oiled machine. The chefs put together some wonderful food, and the wine complimented everything we had. The only thing that was missing , was an option for coffee or an aperitif post dinner. Looking forward to the next one though. Well done everyone at Babylon.
